Description:
We are in need of a Recruitment Manager willing to work on-site in Davao
Qualifications;
A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business-related course; Preferably a licensed Psychometrician; Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent exemplary experience in the BPO industry in the capacity of a Recruitment Manager
Possess good working attitude and performs tasks in an organized and systematic manner

At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity is required; equivalent experience in the IT - BPM industry is highly preferred.
Ability to closely monitor manpower requirements of all departments/units at any given time and be able to maintain a short-list of qualified candidates
Ability to deliver the good output within a given timeframe/deadline. Ability to process recruitment immediately most especially for positions that need to be filled up in short notices
Ability to manage stress in the performance of assigned tasks and special assignments
Ability to do a thorough assessment of candidates being considered for vacant positions before they are hired
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable labor statutes and regulations
Ability to maintain an orderly file of reports, records, and other documents relative to administration Ability to work with all kinds of personality
Effective written and spoken English language skills. Software skills (MS Excel/Office/Powerpoint and cloud-based applications and productivity suites such as Google Apps, DropBox, and the like) Ability to display motivational and organizational leadership to the team.
Displays in-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques.
